If the DNS management is not visible on the 'Manage' tab in the left of each domain, Do NOT panic. DNS Management should be enabled as it is a free add-on.
- Click on 'Addons' option from the Manage tab in the left of each domain management page.
- Click on 'Buy Now for $0.00 USD' option under 'DNS Host Record Management' tab
- Once it is activated, you can see the 'DNS management' option under 'Manage' tab
If you followed above steps and still if your DNS zone is not active yet, you have probably used custom nameservers or URL forwarding.
You can only manage NameIT.pro DNS if you have selected the default NameIT.pro nameservers.
You will have to go back to the Domain details page, and then select the Name servers option from the Management Tools tab. On the name server settings page, you'll be able to set the domain to use (our) default name servers.
